This class is designed for high school divers who wish to compete for their high school team. Specialized lessons for divers ages 13 to 18 years. Utilization of the 1m springboard focusing on the 6 dives and 11 dives list required for High School competition season. Please note: In order to maximize pool time, divers should complete some light aerobic exercise and stretching to warm up prior to the lesson.
