This 6-hour class is comprehensive, presenting and discussing what-if situations, analyzing possibilities and dangers, learning speech patterns and more. Provided written material supports the lecture. Hands on protection will be demonstrated and carefully practiced if you choose to take part. This will provide tips on how to protect yourself while developing your self protection philosophy. The course is fun and an interesting way to invest 6 hours in developing confidence in yourself.
