About Camp
KIDOKINETICS: For ages 3-5 years old. Parental participation is encouraged when necessary for this age group to help keep the children on-track and engaged. Our programs introduce children to over 20 different sports and activities, teaching them the foundational skills with a new sport/fitness activity every class.During each class, children will learn new anatomy/physiology facts in which we focus on muscles, heart, and lungs as they relate to exercise. Upon registration, you have the option to select a Kidokinetics T-shirt for your child. In addition, children will receive a Kidokinetics sticker and GoGo Squeez applesauce pouch after each class.For more information and to register, please visit here!
