Boys Tricks and Flips Gymnastics Do you have a boy who loves to flip, cartwheel and roll? Then our Boys Gymnastics class may be just what you are looking for. This class is based on the unique learning needs of boys and gives them the chance to practice their tricks alongside other male students.A great afterschool sport/activity for boys ages 6 and up, they will be learning how to do and control flips, cartwheels, spins on the bars and so much more.We will focus on safe landings, body control and progressing their skills with a positive, energetic environment.Whether they have been doing Gymnastics for years, or just want to learn some cool new moves, this class is a great outlet for boys to do what they love, tricks!3 Pleases1. Please keep that beautiful hair tied up! Not just in a pony tial but a braid or bun that allows it not to spread all over teh floor when your're upside down. Doing bridges, headstands, somersaults, etc, become harder to spot and interfere with the child safely finding a place to put their hands without tugging on their hair.2. Please keep yourself hydrated! If you forget a water bottle, there is a drinking fountain between the bathrooms.3. Super tip! Please eat a good healthy snack with lots of protein, for sustained energy to get thru class! Gymnastics is demanding!• Please wear appropriate workout clothing.• Hair must be kept back.• Please remove jewelry before class.• Bring a water bottle.• Parents are welcome to stay to watch class.• For the student's safety, warm-ups are required to attend classes. If a student arrives late to a class, warm up must be completed to participate.• Make-ups You may make up a class by attending another class of a comparable level.
