Purple Crayon Adventure Ages 3-5

About Camp

Inspired by the storybook series by Crockett Johnson, imaginative campers create their own purple crayon adventure through storytelling and art. Using crayons in traditional and non-traditional art, we make crayon rubbings, wax crayon etchings, and watercolor crayon resist. We also create our own characters and write a collective story of a creative adventure driven by drawing. Children must be fully toilet trained to attend camps at COCA. Features multiple professional teaching artists to present a variety of arts disciplines.
