Stuffed, thin-crusted, rolled, and pocketed. Learn to make pizza like an expert in this special camp for pizza lovers. Campers discover a variety of pizza styles, dough, and toppings (including some they have never thought of). We taste test the pizza popularized by three American cities—Chicago, New York, and St Louis—and decide which pizza reigns supreme. Along the way, we learn about kitchen safety and practice basic cooking skills. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under “special needs” on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
