About This Camp & Activity
Ages 18+Basis to Intermediate mat classes are intended for participants who meet at least two of the following criteria: familiarity with Pilates fundamentals, the ability to safely perform basic mat exercises, or completion of at least two seasons of the previous Pilates Mat classes with Plainsboro recreation.
