Failure to purchase a Quarry Park Vehicle Parking Permit payment options: Online: Payment can be made by making an account below and following prompts. Include the Date, License Plate, Color, and Vehicle Info as written on your parking violation ticket to ensure your ticket is credited for payment. Mail: Payment can be mailed with your violation ticket to: Stearns County Parks, 1802 County Rd 137, Waite Park, MN 56387 In-Person: Payment can be made at the Parks Office, located at Quarry Park, during office hours, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm or with the gatekeeper if present.
