About Camp
Yin yoga consists of basic Hatha style restorative poses that emphasizes holding the poses longer to increase strength in our joints and putting less stress on the muscle groups.All levels welcome. No flexibility required. This class will be held outdoors on the grass at Lincoln Park. Meet at the small shelter. Please bring yoga mat. Dress for outdoor weather.
