About Camp

This camp will highlight the creative potential in the kitchen. Each day, campers will focus on one key ingredient and create three separate dishes that showcase it in vastly different ways. We might use chocolate as an ingredient in chili; a layered cake and ice cream; or experiment with lemons in bars, chicken and curd. Students will drive ideas and along the way they will work on basic kitchen skills and safety. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under “special needs” on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.Please note this camp takes place at Dierbergs Market - Des Peres: 1080 Lindemann Rd, Des Peres, MO 63131. Before and After Care cannot be provided.
