About Camp

This is an aquatic exercise program that allows the participant to get a great workout without the impact on joints and other body parts that traditional aerobics classes create. This program is offered to adults and young adults aged 14 and older (misbehavior will not be tolerated). The class is conducted in both deep and shallow water. Participants must be comfortable in the water and must have proper swim suit attire. No Refunds.
