Our focus is the safety and enjoyment of every student in class. To that end, we ask that parents and guardians exit the room once class is underway. If your child needs special accommodations to be successful in class, please talk to Arts Center staff ahead of time. Students are expected to stay in the class for the duration, and not leave class without permission from the teacher. Class participants of all ages are expected to exhibit kindness and respect towards their fellow classmates, the teaching artist, and the building. Class participants are not allowed to roam the building unattended, and we need permission in writing in order for children to walk or ride their bike home alone after class. All of our teaching artists and staff members are background checked, and have reviewed our safety policies and procedures. Please review these expectations with your student, and contact us with any questions or concerns. We look forward to creating with you!
