Mattress and Boxspring Disposal ($35) (SINGLE-USE PERMIT REQUIRED; $35 PER ITEM)All mattresses and box springs, regardless of whether they are a pair, cost $35 per item.After completing your online transaction, please keep your e-receipt and bring it, along with ID/proof of residency, to the Center. A DPW employee will verify your purchase.While mattress and boxspring disposal is fee-based, the drop-off recycling program remains free of charge for Westfield residents ($35 annual permit for non-residents). For updated information on recycling program availability, visit www.westfieldnj.gov/conservation.
