This program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. This is a great way to introduce your child to the basic fundamentals of football. Teams will have one practice during the week with practice plans provided by the Recreation Department. Each player will receive an NFL Flag Football jersey and a set of flags that they keep.Grades 4th-8th programs are travel leagues. Other communities involved with the leagues are Cross Plains, Fitchburg, Verona, Oregon and Mount Horeb. Practices will be on Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturday at 11am until games start in September. Games on Saturday will be in the morning/early afternoon.VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED.
