Welcome to Moving and Zooming class. We will be stretching and working on getting our bodies moving from the safety our homes. It's essential to keep our minds and bodies healthy during these times. Please dress comfortably in clothes you can move in easily. Bring a water bottle to class. We can't wait to see your smiling faces.
