About This Camp & Activity
Movement in the Park is an inclusive and accessible group fitness class that promotes moving your own way at your own pace. It’s free to attend, and individuals of all abilities are welcome. This class is designated to be low impact and equipment-free. Every class is engaging and unique with themed days, dancing, yoga, and more. Join us to energize your muscles and lift your spirits through community and movement! Locations: Mondays - 11:00am at East City Park located at 900 E 3rd St. Moscow, ID 83843 (class may be held at the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center in case of extreme weather, email notifications will be shared if locations switch) Wednesdays - 2:00pm Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center (HIRC) Multipurpose Room located at 1724 E. F St. Moscow, ID 83843 Fridays - 10:00am to 12:00pm NatureFit outings within the community regardless of the weather, new location every Friday to be determined each week of class
