Lyrical is a style of dance founded in both ballet and jazz technique, but with a more relaxed approach to movement. This class will focus strongly on the fundamentals of lyrical dance rooted in contemporary ballet, while incorporating the fluidity found in modern dance. Ballet experience strongly recommend.
