About Camp
This course is specifically designed to prepare students for eligibility to apply for Lifeguard employment. Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive the following certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid training and Lifeguard Training certification. Participants must be 15 years old by the last date of the class and able to swim 300 yards continuously, tread water for two minutes and retrieve a 10-pound brick from the bottom of the pool. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY AT ALL CLASSES as well as completion of online portion and assignments. Class time and location subject to change. Bring a swimsuit and a towel to every class.
