Leading Ladies Leadership Intensive Ages 14-18

About Camp

Leading Ladies: A Creative Leadership Intensive provides female-identifying participants the opportunity to articulate and hone their leadership style. Through participatory arts-based workshops, field trips, activities, reflection, and meetings with diverse, influential women leaders, COCA develops student understanding of authentic leadership presence, collaboration, community responsibility, innovation, and communication skills. The experience transforms curious and thoughtful young adults into inspired, confident, and engaging leaders of the future. Interested students should submit a statement of interest to Shawna Flanigan (sflanigan@cocastl.org).
