Our kids total-body kickboxing workouts incorporate kicking and punching for a dynamic, challenging experience. Burrell, our trainer, motivates and inspires you with kicks and punch drills throughout our series of rounds. This class takes the spirit and movement of professional kickboxing and turns it into a fun fitness challenge focused on cardiovascular health.
