About This Camp & Activity
Kagami Dojo is a members-only Aikido community, but they also run a publicly accessible Aikido program at the Standley Park Recreation Center in the University City Neighborhood of San Diego. Aikido is a non-competitive martial art that teaches breathing, calmness, awareness, empathy, and blending to dissipate conflict.
