About This Camp & Activity
This 7-week program will get players to focus on developing the foundation skills of basketball. This camp is offered to 2nd through 5th grade boys and girls in a recreational setting. Players will have the chance to learn about fair play, basketball skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Practices will focus on basic skill development and will progress to more advanced concepts as skill level increases. The first four weeks of classes will focus on the fundamental skills with drills, weeks 5 – 7 will be 30-minutes of practice and 30-minutes of scrimmage, and the last week of camp will be two 30-minute games. This is an instructional program and not a league.
