Join us for a hands-on cooking experience in our Learning Kitchen at UW Health - East Madison Hospital. Together with Brianne Thornton, MS, RD, we will be cooking up heart-healthy alternatives to your favorite comfort foods using the Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension (DASH diet) guidelines. This week we are cooking up a family favorite casserole you won’t want to miss. We will also be discussing healthy ingredient substitutions and mindful eating to help with portion sizes.
