As we navigate the recipes we will discuss traditional ingredients and cooking methods. We will learn prep ahead shortcuts, kitchen tips and techniques, and creative variations. Chef Steve, restaurateur and educator brings over 20 years of experience and worldwide travels to your kitchen. So bring your favorite chef’s knife and some take home food containers and join in the fun. $10 material fee payable to instructor at class.
