About This Camp & Activity

Thank you for volunteering your time to coach!! IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ!! 1. The software will ask for the coach's birth certificate. Please upload your headshot for your badge in this prompt. We do not need coach's birth certificates. Keep checking your account. Once your badge is printed, you will have a flag on your account that says "Badge Printed". Then you may pick your badge up from the Parks Admin Office during normal office hours (Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. 2. Coach's Badges MUST be worn when on the field- NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. You should have a Background Check form pop up during the coach's registration process. Please fill it out and email a scanned copy (no photos) to RKennedy@forneytx.gov. 4. Only 1 head coach and 3 assistants. Offense only 2 coaches allowed on the field, all other coaches must remain in the dugout. 5. No schedule requests.
