About Camp
Yoga can enhance a child’s strength, coordination and flexibility while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. In this class we will practice challenging and playful postures to promote self-confidence and positive self-talk. Each class will begin with a friendship circle and incorporate breathwork, emotional intelligence, storytelling, music, movement and more! Bring a yoga mat or a towel and a joyful attitude!Instructor Jen Eldredge is an RYT 200 hour yoga teacher and kindergarten teacher at West School in New Canaan with over 20 years of experience working with children. A lifelong Darien resident, Jen is grateful and excited to share the gift of yoga with her community. Her classes are joyful and thoughtfully designed to give all students the opportunity to make yoga a part of their lives.
