No Class July 4th.NEW LOCATION at Lakeside Pavilion!Do you want all the health benefits of yoga at a slower and gentler pace? This class is suitable for beginners, seniors, or anyone who is interested in a slower-paced class. You will need to get up and down from the floor. You will receive in-depth instruction on yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, and deep-relaxation. Wear loose clothing, bring a towel or mat and refrain from eating for 2 hours prior to class. Instructor: Tulya. Lakeside Pavilion or via Zoom.
