Forest Bathing or the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku is the healing way of simply "being" in the forest (or in nature). Research has shown many benefits of spending time in nature including: lowered stress levels, reduced blood pressure and increased energy. Engage in "Mindfulness Drawing" and experience a sense of being one with the natural world by connecting with the energy of the place. Experience the mental state of flow. No art experience needed.
