About This Camp & Activity
How can you identify trees in the winter after they lose their leaves? Bundle up and join our park naturalists to explore tree biodiversity. We’ll discover how growth pattern, bark texture, and buds on twigs provide clues to a tree’s identity! FREE – registration required. Audience: ages 12+ through adult. Miles: 1. Difficulty: easy-moderate depending on location, natural terrain, wooden stairs, some elevation, wooden boardwalks. IMPORTANT: A "confirmation receipt" will appear on your screen upon registration. If you do not receive a confirmation receipt, the registration was not successful. Participants who are successfully registered will also receive a reminder e-mail from the instructor with the exact meeting location and other important details 24-48 hours before the program (check your junk folder if missing). For assistance email: parks@co.burlington.nj.us or call (609) 265-5858.
