Teen Power Hour will help give your teen athlete an edge and help them perform at their best. Focused on increasing overall athleticism through non-sport-specific training.Training days & Time: Monday 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm.Wednesday 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm.Fee: Free with membershipDrop in fee - $5.00
