About This Camp & Activity
The Gig Harbor Dragons work as a team to learn to synchronize power and finesse strokes. The Dragons practice up to four times a week in the beautiful Gig Harbor waters. We meet at Skansie Park under the pavilion and board the boats from Jerisich Dock. We practice in most weather conditions. Practices are run by volunteer, trained steerers and coaches. Life jackets and paddles can be provided. Wear athletic clothing and expect to get wet. Expect to have fun. Expect a good workout!. Expect to make new friends. Expect to get hooked! May participate in races as they come available which will have an additional cost. During Winter season some practices may be cancelled for boat maintenance or severe weather.Upon completion of this registration, please go to the Gig Harbor Dragon Boat website (link below) for more information and to fill out other required documentation.Registration - Gig Harbor Dragons: PenMet Parks Dragon Boat Team
