About Camp

Explore, create, and taste food from across the country in this camp focused on American regional cuisine. From Nashville hot fried chicken to Texas chili, we cook food from a different state or region each day. Along the way, we learn about kitchen safety and practice basic kitchen skills. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under “special needs” on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
