We will explore and create signature dishes from a variety of cuisines. Our classes accommodate the novice to the kitchen connoisseur. We encourage your own creativity and variations. We also cover kitchen safety, proper food handing, and knife skills as an integral part of the class. Bring an apron, your favorite chef's knife, and take-home food containers.
