Thank you for volunteering your time to coach!!   IMPORTANT!  PLEASE READ!! 1. When prompted for your birth certificate, please upload your headshot.  We do not need coach's birth certificates. Keep checking your account.  Once your badge is printed, you will have a flag on your account that says "Badge Printed".  Then you may pick your badge up from the Parks Admin Office during normal office hours (Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. 2. Coach's Badges MUST be worn when on the field. 3. 3/4U T-Ball-  Only 3 coaches may be allowed on the field of play during the game on defense. One coach must be positioned in the outfield. Two coaches may stay in foul territory in the outfield. No coaches in the infield.  Only 1 head coach and 4 assistant coaches per team.  Parents are not allowed on the field or in the dugouts. 4. 5/6U T-Ball- Only 1 coach may be allowed on the field of play during the game on defense. That coach must be positioned in the outfield. The rest of the coaches must remain in their dugout for the defensive half of the inning.  Only 1 head coach and 4 assistant coaches per team.  Parents are not allowed on the field or in the dugouts. 5. You should have a Background Check form pop up during the coach's registration process.  Please fill it out and email a scanned copy (no photos) to RKennedy@forneytx.gov. 6.  No schedule requests.
