About Camp
Participants will be put in groups based on experience and age and will go through effective comprehensive training; Developmental Group and Advance Group. While all participants spend most of their time together, they will be trained based on their developmental needs. During the camp, they not only learn new and advanced wrestling moves, but also learn how to exercise effective fitness, gymnastics, and have fun playing different activities/games. Participants bring a lunch.
