About This Camp & Activity

The Canyon Country Community Center Afterschool Program is a structured program for the school year which offers children ages 5 to 11 an opportunity to participate in homework help, reading time, enrichment activities, arts & crafts, games, outdoor & indoor sports and much more! We’re also excited to announce that we will now be offering early dismissal days on Wednesdays starting at 1:00p.m. This provides families with the option for an earlier start to the Afterschool Program on Wednesdays. There will be no Afterschool Program on the following dates: Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day. Monday, October 12 in Observance of Indigenous Peoples Day. Wednesday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day. Thursday, November 26 & Friday, November 27 in observance of Thanksgiving. Please note: A Participant Information Form must be submitted prior to the participant's first day in the program. The City of Santa Clarita does not provide transportation to or from school. Parents/guardians are responsible for drop off and pick up.
