CARDIO DRUMMINGRelease your inner rock star while you get an all-over body workout and some excellent cardio! We'll use standard drumsticks to drum on exercise balls. Participants must provide their own exercise ball. All other equipment will be provided. Bring a water bottle and dress to move comfortably and sweat.
