About This Camp & Activity
Join this open seminar from retired trust and estates attorney, John Donegan (California State Bar #76259), to learn more about estate planning, trusts, wills and probate matters, without being subjected to a solicitation of legal services. You will be able to ask questions and learn from others on your specific issues and there are no sales or products being offered. This will be a brief presentation at the beginning followed by Q&A so please be prepared with any questions you may have. About the Instructor John is a retired trust and estate attorney with over 30 years of experience. He retired and put his license on inactive status, which prevents him from doing legal work but is able to answer and help guide people. He was in private practice from 1977 - 1988 and then took a position with the Probate Department of LA County Superior Court as a Probate Attorney. He returned to private practice in 1997 and continued to help people until he retired in 2014. He also been a volunteer pro tem judge for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and a member of the San Mateo & San Luis Obispo's County Sherriff's Search and Rescue Team as well as giving his time to the SLO Country Grand Jury. He is enjoying retirement and just loves the law and wanting to help people navigate the waters of estate planning.
