These fully interactive classes cover kitchen basics, techniques, essential equipment, and safety. All ingredients, aprons, and equipment are included. Just bring yourself and a container for your creations. Recipes and equipment suggestions are provided in class.The Buche de Noel, or Yule Log, makes any holiday table instantly festive and is an elegant finish to your holiday meal! I'll break down the components of a classic Yule Log: chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache, chocolate whipped cream, and meringue mushrooms.
