This moving meditation aids mindfulness, fitness and balance. At 9:25 a.m. beginners learn the basics of how to move in T'ai Chi Chih. Intermediate students join at 10 a.m. and we do a full practice, with beginners following along. Classes held at LOS ALAMITOS COMMUNITY CENTER, 10911 OAK ST.
