(Ages 7-11) Contemporary movement pulls from ballet, classical modern dance techniques (Horton, Graham, Cunningham) as well as emotive movement inspired by the music. Contemporary pop music is used. No experience necessary!What to Wear/BringDancers can wear dancewear (e.g. leotard and tights) or clothes they can easily move in and ballet shoes. Long hair should be secured back out of the dancer’s face (e.g. ponytail, braids, or bun).Refund PolicyCancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
