About Camp
Yoga strengthens the body, improves flexibility, increases relaxation, and reduces stress. Experience all he benefits of a yoga practice through movement sequences, breathing techniques and meditation. This class is for students with no prior yoga experience or for those looking to deepen their current practice. participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and blocks, but some will be provided.
