About Camp
Run or walk with a shelter dog and have a pawsome time! Proceeds benefit Mansfield Animal Care & Control. This event is open to all individuals who would like to run, with or without a furry friend. Dogs from the Mansfield Animal Shelter will be made available for those who would like to team up with a running partner. T-shirt and dog bandana included with registration. Pre-registration is required. Please note: Our shelters are home to happy, loving dogs of all shapes, sizes and fluff. Often the ones who benefit most from the exercise and extra public exposure are our larger and more active pups, but depending on the shelter inventory at the time, we will likely have a range from puppies to seniors. Registering to walk with a shelter dog is a commitment to give a deserving dog a much-needed break from the shelter and chance at finding a home, but you will not be able to choose which dog you are paired with. Please keep that in mind and only choose this option if you are flexible in your running buddy; if you aren't sure, feel free to register to run without a pup and still help support the cause (paws!)
