Balance & Memory is a unique wellness class that enhances physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Each class includes exercises focused on balance and fall prevention, brain games for strengthening cognitive function and memory, and mindfulness meditation for stress reduction and ultimate relaxation. This class is open to all fitness levels, and athletic attire is suggested. *Be advised that class might be relocated starting the week of November 1st due to the November 8th elections.
