This class is for individuals experiencing symptoms or effects from neurological conditions such as stroke, TBI, MS, etc. Taught in a group-based setting, this class is designed to help increase balance, stability, and general mind/body strengthening to help improve overall quality of life. Spouses, partners, and care givers are welcome to join.
