About Camp

Pastry Chef and cookbook author Rose Deneen will demonstrate a variety of recipes from her book, Baking With Vegetables. Learn how to incorporate a variety of vegetables into everyday baked goods. Tasting samples will include Avocado Chocolate Mousse, Beet Walnut Bread, Creamy Mushroom Yeast Bread and Cauliflower Chocolate Brownies. Supply fee $10 payable to the Instructor day of class.
