Our camp combines learning and fun, letting you make friends, discover captivating facts, and spark your creativity as you venture into the world of dinosaurs. Parks and Recreation Fee (PARF)Community members who live, or own property, within the City of Tigard pay a Parks and Recreation Fee (PARF).
