Yes, this is yoga in the water! Aqua Yoga is a low-impact, complete yoga practice that is beneficial for those with limited mobility, but also for experienced yoga practitioners as well. Focus is on asanas (poses), breathwork, and meditation (floating). Please bring a pool noodle or pool weights and water to stay hydrated. Drop in $8
