About This Camp & Activity
Be aware, scheduling is tentative and may be updated, modified or cancelled based on class enrollment & instructor availability.Level 4/5: Ages 6 – 14 years. This class is a blend of two levels. Course prerequisites include: 25 yards of both front crawl (with side breathing) and backstroke, 25 yards of elementary backstroke, and treading water (or floating) for 30 seconds. Students will continue to work on front crawl and backstroke. Two new strokes will be introduced: breaststroke and butterfly. Level 5 introduces flip turns; surface dives and swimmers will become more proficient in the five strokes traveling greater distances. One new stroke may be introduced, side stroke.
