Level 3/4: This blended class requires that students be familiar with level 3 skills but are not yet mastered. This class is good for the repeat level 3 students or the new level 4 students who can swim at least 12 yards but not quite 25 yet. The objective for level 3 is to build on skills previously learned with an emphasis on breath control (side breathing) and introduce the whip and dolphin kicks. Level 4 students will continue to work on front crawl and backstroke as well as introduce two new strokes: breaststroke and butterfly.
